Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Bless International Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Tatami Address — our receiving, storage, and international forwarding service. Our company details are on the Company page.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name (or corporate name and contact person), email address, password (stored in hashed form), country, address, and phone number.
  • Identity verification documents, when we request them under our Terms (e.g. passport or corporate registration documents).
  • Payment information: your credit card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, PAY Inc. (PAY.JP), and never touch our servers. We store only non-sensitive references (customer and subscription identifiers).
  • Service data: names you give your items, photographs of received items (once our photo documentation service launches), delivery destinations, forwarding history, and your correspondence with us.
  • Technical data: login session cookies and basic access logs (IP address, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use your information

  • Providing the service: receiving, storing, and forwarding your items.
  • Processing payments and sending transactional notices (receipts, shipping updates, contract notices).
  • Preparing customs and shipping documentation required by law.
  • Identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering and export-control laws).
  • Responding to your inquiries and improving the service.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
  • PAY Inc. (PAY.JP) — payment processing.
  • Carriers (e.g. international couriers and Japan Post) — your name, address, and item details appear on shipping labels and customs declarations, as required to deliver your items.
  • Infrastructure providers that host our systems and data (e.g. Supabase, Vercel), under their respective security commitments.
  • Public authorities (courts, police, customs, and other agencies) where disclosure is required by law or as set out in our Terms.
  • A successor business in the event of a business transfer, as described in Article 20 of our Terms.

5. International users

The service is operated from Japan and your data is processed and stored in Japan (or in the regions used by our infrastructure providers). By using the service from outside Japan, you understand that your information is transferred to and handled in Japan under Japanese law, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

6. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Service records (and item photographs, once the photo documentation service launches) are retained in accordance with our Terms; transaction records are retained as required by Japanese law.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit; access to personal information is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service. Card numbers are handled exclusively by PAY.JP's certified systems and are never stored by us. Item photographs (once the photo documentation service launches) are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed links.

8. Your rights

You can review and correct your account information from your dashboard at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or the suspension of its use, by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with the APPI. Note that we may need to retain certain records (e.g. transaction history) where the law requires it, and that deleting information necessary for the service may require closing your account.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — those required to keep you signed in and to secure the service. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this site (and by email once email notifications are available) before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

11. Contact
