How it works
From sign-up to your doorstep in four steps.
Create your account & contract a box
Sign up (residents outside Japan only), agree to the Terms, and start a contract — ¥4,800/month per 1m³ box, billed monthly to your card. Your dashboard then shows your personal shipping address in Fukuoka, Japan, with your box code.
Shop in Japan, ship to your address
Buy from any Japanese online store — fan club exclusives, lottery items, domestic-only releases — and set the delivery address to your Tatami Address, with your box code on the label. Make sure you are the recipient on every parcel. Note: the address accepts parcel deliveries only — in-person visits, drop-offs, and pickups are not available.
We receive, check in, and store
When your parcel arrives, our staff check it in and store it in your box under climate control. Each item appears on your dashboard, and you can rename items to keep things organized. Per-item photos are coming soon.
Request forwarding, anywhere
Choose the items you want, enter your destination address, and pay the handling fee — ¥2,500 per shipment (first item included) plus ¥500 per additional item (delivery typically takes 7–14 days). The actual international shipping cost to your destination is quoted after packing and automatically charged to your registered card before dispatch. Then track the shipment with the carrier's tracking number from your dashboard.
Good to know
Customs duties
Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility (see Terms, Article 8).
Prohibited items
Some goods can't be stored or forwarded (weapons, perishables, lithium-battery-restricted items, counterfeits, etc.). See Article 12 of the Terms for the full list.
Storage capacity
If your items outgrow your box, we'll notify you — you can accept an additional box (¥4,800/mo from the following month) or forward items out instead.
Cancel anytime
Minimum term is one month. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after your request, or as soon as your balance is settled and all items are shipped out — whichever comes first.
