A Japan return address for overseas Amazon.co.jp sellers
Founding member spots are limited to the first 30 sellers.
Returns received, photographed, reported in English. Every fee published.
Amazon raised the returnless-refund threshold from ¥2,000 to ¥3,000 in March. With no Japan return address on file, every low-value return means the buyer keeps the item and you absorb the refund.
Simple flat monthly pricing — the full price list is shared with waitlist members first.

The returns problem, specifically
Returnless refunds eat your margin
Below the threshold, Amazon refunds the buyer and nobody ships the item back. The unit is gone, the refund is yours to absorb.
No Japan address on file
Without a domestic return address, low-value returns default to “buyer keeps it.” The only alternatives are expensive international return labels — or nothing.
“Just switch to FBA” isn’t an answer
Pre-positioning inventory doesn’t fit low-turnover SKUs, made-to-order goods, or tight cash flow. The returns problem deserves its own fix.
You don't have to switch to FBA to fix Japan returns.
Low-turnover SKUs, made-to-order, cash flow — pre-positioning stock isn't for everyone. Keep FBM. Fix only the returns piece.
