Service fees販売価格	Monthly fee: ¥4,800 per box (tax included) Forwarding handling fee: ¥2,500 per shipment (first item included) + ¥500 per additional item (tax included) — plus the actual international shipping cost (carrier charges), see below
Additional charges商品代金以外の必要料金	Actual international shipping cost (carrier charges to your destination): quoted after packing based on weight, size, and destination, and automatically charged to your registered card before dispatch (you agree to this when placing a forwarding request). A special handling fee (¥30,000 per item) may apply to prohibited items requiring return or disposal. Customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country are borne by the customer.

Payment timing支払時期	Storage: first charged 7 days after your application is approved, then monthly on the same day (no charge at application time). Forwarding: charged when you submit a forwarding request.
Service delivery役務の提供時期	Storage service begins immediately upon contract completion. Forwarding requests are processed by our warehouse team after payment; delivery typically takes 7–14 days as a guide.
Cancellation解約について	You may cancel your storage contract at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after your request reaches us — or as soon as your balance is settled and all items are shipped out, whichever comes first. Billing stops at your next renewal date; fees already paid are not refunded. Forwarding fees cannot be refunded once the request has been processed.
Returns返品について	Due to the nature of the service (storage and forwarding of your own items), returns do not apply. If we are unable to store an item (e.g. prohibited items), we will contact you to arrange return or disposal.
