Cancellation Policy

Cancellation takes effect 30 days after your request reaches us — or as soon as your balance is settled and all items are shipped out, whichever comes first. Billing stops at your next renewal date.

Cancel anytime

You can request cancellation at any time from your dashboard. The minimum contract term is one month.

When cancellation takes effect

Your contract ends 30 days after your cancellation request reaches us. If you settle any outstanding balance and ship out all stored items before that, it ends on the day you finish — whichever comes first.

Billing

After you request cancellation, no further monthly charges are made from your next renewal date. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.

Your stored items

Please request forwarding for all stored items before your contract ends. Items still in our facility 30 days after the contract ends may be sold, discarded, or otherwise disposed of after we notify you and one further month passes (Terms, Article 14).

Outstanding balance

Any unpaid fees remain payable after cancellation. We may hold stored items until outstanding balances are settled (Terms, Article 7.8).
