Tatami Address operates from a monitored facility in Hakata, Fukuoka — minutes from Hakata Station. Every item we receive is stored under the conditions below until you're ready to have it forwarded. The facility is not open to visitors — the address is used for parcel delivery only, and in-person drop-offs or pickups are not available.
Climate controlled
Kept at 20–25°C and 40–60% humidity year-round to protect paper, fabric, and electronics.
24-hour camera monitoring
The facility is under continuous video surveillance, day and night.
Electronic access locks
Entry is controlled by electronic locks — only authorized staff can reach the storage area.

Per-item photos at check-in are in preparation. Until then, every arrival is checked in and cataloged by name so you can track it from your dashboard.
